The
images on this page were captured in the islands near Ica, Peru, which
are well-known for seabirds and sea lions. In the past the Chinese
migrant workers were sent to the islands to collect bird droppings for
fertilizing and today this site became a tourist attraction. There is a
bird photographer in the group. While every bird looked the same to me,
he could clearly distinguish one species from another. Needless to say,
his equipment is superior to mine. These photos are the best I could do
with a 300mm lens. When he gave me advice regarding wild life
photography, my wife started worrying ($$$) :)
