The dome complex at Casa Grande, Arizona (between Phoenix and Tucson) is a weird wonder. The complex was built in the 1980s as a factory for manufacturing electronics. But the company ran out of the money and as a result the project was abandoned. Needless to say, the domes became ruins in the desert. Several TV producers filmed in this location for its "Armageddon" look, and the owner charges money for using the site. Our event organizer got the permission from the owner and thus the group could photograph the domes for creating personal portfolios.
