Glow art events are held in many cities all over the world, including Santa Monica, Paris, Toronto, Montreal, Rome, Brussels, Minnespolois, and Tel Aviv. But Glow Art Festival in Santa Monica is not an annual event. The last two was held in 2008 and 2010. And that's why I don't want to miss Glow 2013.
