It is very difficult to drive through CA245. The road goes up and down and is extremely curved. But the reward is a colorful scene on this annoying route.

The tree trunks are reddish but the busy background is distracting, and so I de-saturated  it. I can imagine how beautiful it could be in winter.

My destination is Mono Lake and Devil Postpile, and so I just passed by Yosemite. But this beautiful view popped up when I stopped by the Yosemite Village to ask for direction.

After I left Yosemite's east exit and before I reached Mono Lake, I saw this gorgeous forest.
