Last year I went to
Pfeiffer Beach and was very impressed by the
magnificent sunset at the Keyhole arch. And thus I decided to go back.
The
preceding views can speak for themselves. If you want to visit the
beach,
please pay attention to two things. First, it is difficult to find the
location
because there is no sign on the main road. When you see Spirit Garden
at the
town of Big Sur, look for a downhill road. Second, the parking space is
limited. Go there earlier. Third, check the sunset time and set up your
tripod on
the spot at least 30 minutes before the sunset. There will be a lot of
photographers and tourists around the area. You don’t see anyone in the
photos
except a young girl because we had an implicit agreement that no one
would stand in front of
someone else’s camera. Fourth, watch out the tide and don’t put your
backpack on
the ground, otherwise your bag might be sucked in the sea by the wave.
