I didn't plan to take picture in Papago Park. The original plan
was to visit Phoenix Zoo, but it was close upon our arrival.
Papago Park is right next to the Zoo and a casual stop-over led to a
feast for the eyes. During World War Two, the park housed a German
prisoner of war camp. Today you could not any trace of the POW camp.
Let the painful history be buried by the beautiful lake and trees!
