The original plan of visiting Zion National park is to see the fall colors. Unfortunately our team found virtually none. Nevertheless, we still had fun in hiking around these gorgeous mountains. The red hoodoo against the cliff was seen along the Canyon Overlook trail. This hoodoo is interesting because usually hoodoos are standalone columns. One of the teammates and I attempted to go inside the "Narrow," a well-known and challenging canyon in Zion. In late October the temperature of the creek was below 40 degree Fahrenheit. After spending less than half an hour there, we decided to retreat. Nevertheless, I managed to take a few nice pictures at the head of the Narrow.
