Tide pools are rocky pockets at the outer edge of a beach. During high tide these pools are filled with seawater, and therefore they are invisible and inaccessible. Tide pools are exposed during low tide and within this brief moment they become interesting subjects for photography. However, I have to warn you that the ground of the tide pools is very slippery.
In this trip I joined a photo walk guided by an experienced photographer. He told me that once the tidel wave swept away his tripod and damaged his camera! He cried on his wife's shoulder and at last he got her permission to buy a new camera. I was very cautious while walking on top of the tide pools because I carried three cameras at that time, and probably my wife would not allow me buying three new cameras.
