These photos were taken both inside and outside a wooden, Western-style cabin, also known as “cowboy cabin.” In the US history American settlers were immigrants from Europe with limited resources. The cabin-style house has been symbolizing the humble origins of Americans since the early 19th century. For example, at least six US Presidents were born in log cabins.
