You can visit Valley of the Gods by driving through a 17-mile dirt
road connecting Highway 163 and 261 in Utah. A high clearance
vehicle is recommended. The best time to view this scenic route is
in the evening because the sunset generates dramatic lighting on the
rocks. Valley of the Gods is managed by Bureau of Land Management
and this Federal Agency does not promote their parks or give
instructions to visitors. After visiting the site, a local residents
told me that there are some hidden places in the valley that we
missed.
