The Devil’s Garden is at the side of Hole in the Rock Road, which
is a part of Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. The most
unique feature about this cluster of Navajo sandstones is that
they are cross-bedded instead of horizontally-bedded. Walking
through the Devil's Garden is like taking a crash course in
geology. It has many different types of eroded stones, including bridges, arches, holes, columns, and many others.
